Create an Account

Go to Sign Up and enter your business name, mobile number, and password. This secures your data in the cloud.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard. This shows your Total Sales, Money to Collect (Receivables), and Money to Pay (Payables) at a glance.


Manage Parties

"Parties" are your Customers (who buy from you) and Suppliers (who you buy from).

Add Customer

  • Click "Add Party" on the Dashboard.
  • Enter Name and Mobile Number.
  • Click Save. They will appear in your list.

Check Balance

  • Click on any Customer's name.
  • You will see their full Ledger (Hisab).
  • Green means they owe you; Red means you owe them.

Inventory & Barcode

1. Adding Products

Go to the Inventory tab. Click "Add Product". You can enter the Item Name, Sell Price, and Cost Price.
Pro Tip: Enter the Barcode number here to enable scanning later.

2. Bulk Import (Excel/CSV)

Have 1000 items? Don't type them manually. Click "Import CSV" inside Inventory. Download the sample file, fill it in Excel, and upload it back.

3. Low Stock Alerts

Set a "Min Limit" for items (e.g., 5 pkts of Milk). When stock falls below this, the Bell Icon on your dashboard will turn Red to alert you.


Billing (POS)

How to make a bill

Using Barcode Scanner

Click the Scan Barcode button on the billing screen. Point your camera at the product. It will be added to the cart instantly.

Beep sound confirms scan.

Finalizing Sale

Select the Customer. Add items. Enter the "Amount Paid" (if they pay cash). Click "Generate Invoice".

Prints A4 or Thermal Bill.
